The Qigong exercises are simple to carry out and are performed from a standing position. Unlike some yoga, there are no complex routines to follow.
• Sitting meditation. As its name suggests, this is the least active component. The sitting meditations are designed to last anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, so they should be easy to slot into your regular routine.
